ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?
What I’m hoping we can get clarification on, is that if these issues (and this thread) have been going on for nearly 9 months, does ZOS believe that DDoS attacks have been the root of all or most of the issues the whole time? - and if so, are there any additional steps that ZOS can try to do in an attempt to mitigate the effects?
ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?

ZOS - battlegrounds is unbelievably bad now — Elder Scrolls Online
ZOS seems to design PVP content in a bubble without an awareness of the greater PVP gaming community. I think this is because they are trying *SO HARD* to get PVE players into a game mode that is antithetical to their gaming interests. If you've ever wondered why there are so many squishy players in BGs and Cyro, it's because they just don't care.
ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?
Addons are client independent, meaning that you have to have the addon installed on your computer for the functions to work. If you don't have the addon, your computer can't make the call to the ZOS computer to receive that information. Your client isn't making calls for anything, or receiving anything from anywhere other than the ZOS servers.
Studio Director’s Letter: 2025 & Beyond — Elder Scrolls Online
Welcome to everyone in the Elder Scrolls Online community! Looking ahead to 2025, ESO is transitioning to a seasonal content model, moving away from annual Chapter releases to allow for more experimentation, smaller updates, and greater responsiveness to player feedback.
What does ZoS stand for? - Elder Scrolls Online
Lol hey try it yourself, I searched "eso what does zos stand for" and also "elder scrolls online what does zos stand for" and the only thing that comes up that's relevant is an ESO Term Glossary which doesn't work on my pc when searching ZoS. You'd think it would pop right up, I did it just now and this thread popped up
ZOS... - Elder Scrolls Online
Again, report them to Zos as that is harrassment. By now you should have plenty of SS to show Zos to back up your claim. Also, a little piece of advice. Ignore people in zone chat or wherever you originally met these people. It is best to now feed trolls since they will have a field day with anyone that reacts to what they say.
ZOS, Massive Spike in Ping/LAG in Recent Days - What Gives?
People are thinking it's an issue with them. They are going out buying new pc hardware, troubleshooting ISP stuff, and just overall suffering a lot of un-needed frustration if ZoS would just come out and finally admit there is an issue. PC Section: Xbox Section: PlayStation Section: Again @ZOS_Kevin you all REALLY need to step up and get on ...
An exploration into ZOS's Combat Updates Since 2016. Part I: Continuous ...
The tally of ZOS’s updates to Searing Strike come to this: Cost <400 to 2970! [!] At least 43% damage reduction per tick; Because of ZOS’s standardization, this is the case with all DoTs Sunfire costs the same 2970 magicka and deals 53% less damage per tick. Cripple costs 2970 magicka and deals 45% less damage per tick
How much do people play ESO, and who should ZOS be catering to?
The reason ZOS targets newer players over older is because there will ALWAYS be droves of new players checking out the game, especially during Free Play periods. They have access to financial data we never will, and that data probably shows them they get more money from people buying the base game but then maybe only hanging around for a month ...
